Cancelation
Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In order to provide you with the best service and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
Individual Appointments:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
Group Appointments (3 or more people):

Due to the nature of our business, we require a 48-hour notice for group cancellations. This allows us adequate time to fill the reserved slots and maintain the efficiency of our appointment-based system.
We value your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. Thank you for your continued support.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time. While we cannot guarantee the availability of specific time slots, we will always do our best to accommodate a more convenient time or day for you.
Please be aware that if you reschedule your appointment outside of the 24-hour mark and this ultimately leads to a cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied.

No-Show
No Shows Policy:
We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes, people forget. To help you remember, we send out appointment reminders via text and email. If you fail to reschedule your appointment within the appropriate time frame and do not attend, you will be charged the full-service price.

Late Arrival Policy:
If you find yourself running late, please give us a phone call. If you're only 5 to 10 minutes behind, we'll do our best to accommodate you. We typically make a courtesy call at the five-minute mark to confirm your status.
For longer services, adjustments may be necessary, such as shortening the service or rescheduling. If running late eventually leads to cancellations, our cancellation policy will be applied.
